Excellent all around; company maintained in touch with us during our travel from Heathrow to London City, which was forced upon us by BA when they changed our connecting flight from Heathrow to Glasgow. What a Fantastic encounter with this Company. Since we were travelling to Gatwick Airport on a busy day, we should have probably made our original reservation for 17:00 instead of 16:00. So I requested to be picked up an hour sooner than the scheduled time 2 hours in advance, and they accommodated me. What wonderful service.
